CoPR: Collective Pattern Recognition — A Framework for Microbial Community Activity Analysis

Published in bioRxiv (Preprint), 2024

We present CoPR (Collective Pattern Recognition), a framework for analysing microbial community activity by recognising collective patterns in complex microbiome data. This framework extends our previous work on microbial community dynamics analysis, providing a structured approach to understanding collective behaviours in microbial ecosystems.
