Exploring Computational Inference of Microbial Interactions and their Dynamics

This work explores current approaches in inferring microbial interactions and demonstrates that they are dynamic in nature. We propose a visualisation approach for observing the dynamic nature of microbial interaction networks, contributing to the understanding of complex microbial community behaviours.
